I feel that Jakarta is a strong city economically, globalization had run over everything in its path, if we go down town around Plaza Indonesia, ” I’m personally do not feel like I belong there”, the life style of the city is felt like it is impossible for Indonesia to reach this level.
From the Jet setter, to the high roller, to the yuppies, old money and the new money are here in this city, they are all here to see and to be seen. It is almost like we never had a bad history, or when east meet west what will happen next? Do we even concern about our culture existence? makes us wonder where all this money comes from.
In reality Indonesian have a spending power in many field and industry, people who saw the opportunity are responding to this phenomenon. The super luxury apartments, fantastic whips, one of kind fancy hotels are asking for your money. The time has come that Jakarta is on the rise.
What manner is appropriate in this kind of environment? How do we penetrate the market? When would be the right the right time to execute? What industry gains the most?
